“A reader lives a thousand lives before he dies. The man who never reads lives only one” G.R.R.Martin
Let’s talk writers, authors, we all know the stories but very few take the time to think about the authors behind them. How they agonize over which words to use, how to portray characters the way they wanted them to be and how to make sure that the story in their head is the one that they write down. And finally, when all that is done, they have to worry about how to get their work out there for others to see.
Today I have decided to make an appreciation post for all the writers out there and say thank you for taking the time to tell us your stories. Writers play a big part in society, There are many reasons why people write and many why people read and we obviously can’t have one without the other, so thank you for the time and energy you spend writing.
Some authors are widely known throughout history for what they do like Oscar Wilde, the Bronte sisters and Jane Austen. They are widely known for who they are as people and what they wrote, however, others are not. Many writers are never recognized for their work, so this post is a shout out to you and my thanks that you continue to write and create wonderful works to read!
